Returns Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellations

When placing an order online, your order is processed immediately after receiving payment. If you wish to cancel the order, you will need to contact our sales team as soon as possible.

As we process orders immediately, you may not be able to cancel your order; in these cases, you may be able to return the items once you have received them.

Returns

Once you receive your order, you can make a formal request by email to our sales team ([email protected]) requesting the return of your items. Your request should detail why you would like to return the item(s) and the current condition.

Our team will assess your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days with our decision. If we require more information like photos of the item(s), we will email you within 1-3 business days.

All decisions made by ourselves are final.

Businesses

If we accept your return, our team will detail restocking fees and provide you with instructions on how to return the items to us.

You can request to return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving the items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Individuals

You can request to return any item(s) within 30 days of receiving the item(s). However, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving the item(s) under the distance selling regulations and request a full refund.

International Customers

For all customers outside of the United Kingdom, if we accept your return, our team will detail restocking fees and provide you with instructions on how to return the items to us.

You can request to return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving the items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Returns Exceptions

Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [customised, discounted or sale items, personalised items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases]. These items are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse a return under £42 in value, under the distance, selling regulations.

Damages

If your item(s) arrive damaged, you are responsible for notifying us via email as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery.

Upon receiving your email, our team will investigate the damages and then provide you with a course of action to remedy the issue. Damages caused by ourselves or our courier are covered by ourselves or our courier. Any damage caused after delivery is your responsibility.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with detail of your order, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund (excluding individuals who request a return within the stated 14-day return window). It would be best to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or impose different or additional requirements.

Our team must authorise all returns before return; returns sent to us without authorisation will either be returned to yourself with an invoice for the costs incurred by ourselves, or the items will be destroyed.

For items manufactured by another party and resold by us, please do not send such item(s) back to the manufacturer; please make a formal request to ourselves.
